Cauliflower

Cauliflower is a delicious and versatile vegetable, cherished for its white and tender head or curd, which is formed by shortened flower parts. While not a rich source of nutrients, it does contain a substantial amount of protein, carbohydrates, phosphorus, calcium, iron, and ascorbic acid.

Cauliflower thrives best in cool, moist climates and is one of the most popular winter vegetables grown in India. The major cauliflower-producing states include Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Bihar, Assam, West Bengal, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.
